Description

Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Jackson, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Teton County School District #1 is seeking quotations from qualified and licensed Wyoming public works contractors to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to resurface a parking lot at 1910 High School Rd, Jackson, WY 83001. The district will provide conceptual design documents for the project, including the proposed site layout. TCSD reserves the right to make revisions, clarifications, or updates to these design documents at or following the mandatory site visit based on existing site conditions, regulatory coordination, or other district requirements. Bidders must thoroughly familiarize themselves with site conditions prior to submitting bids and are advised that no extra payments will be allowed due to unfamiliarity with the work site. Site visits for field measurements may take place between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Access at other times is prohibited and must be coordinated through the facilities director in advance.
