The work consists of providing ongoing support, maintenance, and technical refresh services for an existing electronic security system used for surveillance, monitoring, and access control. The contractor shall furnish all labor, management, and Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) 201-compliant systems necessary to sustain and enhance the Access Control Systems and Closed-Circuit Television systems administered through Lenel-compatible components. Services include maintenance and sustainment of current capabilities as well as technical refreshment to ensure continued operational readiness and mission support. The scope includes system programming, testing, installation, removal, and all other affiliated services required to maintain full functionality of the electronic security system. Covered equipment and systems include access control components such as dual reader interfaces, keypad proximity readers, and proximity readers; monitoring and detection devices including security sensors and detectors; system control keypads for arm and disarm functions; supporting infrastructure such as power supplies and industrial-grade strikes; and general maintenance of the overall security system. All work shall ensure the continued reliability, performance, and compliance of the security system throughout the period of performance.
