Major items of work shall include the following 1.1 Remove horizontal fan coil units in UPH Berthing Area (5 Units). Install new (5 Units) horizontal fan coil units in same location. 1.2 Remove and replace fan coil unit controls in UPH Berthing Area (7 Rooms). 1.3 Remove and replace vertical fan coil unit drain pan, provide and install new condensate drain system for same. FCU located in Mess. 1.4 Remove majority of piping insulation in Boiler Room and replace with new pipe insulation. 1.5 Provide temporary heating and/or cooling to maintain 68 degrees F during the winter and 78 degrees F during the summer in all work areas. Maintain temperature range of 68 - 78 degree F for any affected Building areas during boiler and/or chiller shut down and/or FCU replacement. Provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to install a ductless HVAC system at the U.S. Coast Guard Station Milford Haven in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Work includes furnishing and installing the complete ductless HVAC system to ensure proper operation and performance, with all work executed in compliance with applicable requirements and standards.
