Renovation of a military facility in Hudgins, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform the installation of the ductless HVAC system at the USCG Station Milford Haven as detailed in the attached Statement of Work. All potential bidders are strongly encouraged to visit the site to verify any/all quantities before submitting bids. ONLY ELECTRONIC BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR THIS IFB. All electronic bids must be submitted in PDF format unless otherwise specified in the solicitation. The Government will evaluate bids to determine the Lowest Total Evaluated Price (LTEP) by evaluating the extended prices of all Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) included in the IFB.
