Demolition of existing partitions is under a separate contract. 2. Fitout of space, including: a. New GWB walls. b. All glass walls, doors, and associated hardware. c. All new acoustical panel ceilings, lighting, and associated trim. d. Architectural casework, quartz countertops, wood wall panels, trim, and associated hardware. e. Wood doors and hollow metal frames, with all associated hardware. f. New toilet room, fixtures, and toilet accessories. g. New pre-manufactured ramp for existing storage room. h. Finishes for floors, walls, and ceilings. i. All associated Mechanical, Electrical, Lighting, Plumbing, Fire Alarm, and Sprinkler modifications. j. FFE is not in scope. Plans are provided for information and coordination only.
