Description

Paving for a road / highway in Laceyville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for paving for a road / highway.

Contractor is to furnish and place approximately 1,913 tons of 19mm Asphalt Binder 64S, Fine Graded, and approximately 285 tons of 2A Aggregate. Proposals must be submitted on forms provided by the township and include a Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of worker's compensation insurance, will be required within 20 days of receiving notice of being awarded the bid. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any technicality or formality within. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wages are applicable to this project.
