The P2A Pump Station Rehabilitation Project includes upgrades to four pumps to increase output, upgrades to the electrical controls to modern standards, increases to the suction and discharge piping size, onsite drainage improvements, HVAC upgrades, replacement of emergency generator, and replacement of the existing NV transformer. SCOPE OF WORK: The P2A Pump Station Rehabilitation Project is located at 7100 East Carey Avenue, Las Vegas, NV 89030. The project includes upgrades to four pumps to increase output, upgrades to the electrical controls to modern standards, increases to the suction and discharge piping size, onsite drainage improvements, HVAC upgrades, replacement of emergency generator, and replacement of the existing NV transformer. The Project shall be completed within three hundred (300) consecutive calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed, which time shall include resolution of all punch list items, final cleanup and demobilization. The estimated monetary range of the project is $7,500,000 to $9,500,000.
