Remodel of approximately 3,400 square feet on the 6th floor of the UMC 7 Story Tower to create new office space. All questions/requests for clarification related to this Bid must be received in the NGEM system no later than 4:00 p.m. on Monday, June 22, 2026 Scope This Project is located at 1800 W Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89102. The work includes a refresh of approximately 3,400 square feet for the new location of a physical therapy (PT) office space on the 6th floor of the 5000 building. The new work will consist of refreshing finishes for the entire space. The renovation work will include, but not be limited to, demolition of flooring, finishes, and upgrades to the existing light fixtures. New electrical and data will be required to accommodate working stations. General contractors and subcontractors are responsible to reference construction documents. The electrical contractor is to provide drawings for permitting to meet the needs, per the reference drawings. Work shall meet the UMC standard specification sheets. All relevant documents are attached to the bid. Work will be during the day hours (6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.), Monday through Friday. Major utility disruptions must be scheduled 48 hours in advance and will need to be performed after business hours (off hours) for the occupants. The project duration is scheduled to be 120 days from the date of issuance of a Notice to Proceed. Access controls and all fire detection systems for the building are provided by Honeywell. Any additional/new card readers will need to be integrated with the Honeywell access controls system.
