Renovation of a municipal facility in Greenville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a two-story above grade municipal facility.
Greenville Utilities Commission is renovating areas of the 2nd and 3rd floor of its main office building, conducted alongside a concurrent HVAC replacement project. Renovations involve wall refinishing, flooring changes, bathroom renovations, door additions, ceiling work, and lighting replacements. All work must be coordinated with facilities staff during normal business hours. Attached is the wall contractor’s areas of responsibility. Each of the walls identified will be stripped of wall paper and prepped to level 5 ready for painting. Thes cope of this work will be to paint each of these areas as wall work is being completed. Location - 401 South Green Street Greenville, NC 27834 Greenville Utilities reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
