Renovations to the 2nd and 3rd floors of the Greenville Utilities Commission office building. The project involves wall refinishing, flooring changes, bathroom renovations, door additions, ceiling work, and lighting replacements. The work is being conducted alongside an HVAC renovation project. A deposit is NOT required for this quotation.
