Reference Number 0000427543 The City of Spartanburg is seeking proposals from vendors to provide construction services for Duncan Park Perimeter Trail Construction. Bids are invited upon the several items and quantities of work as follows: Construction of approximately 300 L.F. of elevated wood boardwalk, including landings, design build. This construction will require the general contractor to have a valid bridge license. This project requires construction of approximately 8,200 L.F. of 8' to 10' wide asphalt trail around Duncan Park Lake, includes grading, tree removal, retaining wall, stone base setup, asphalt milling, and asphalt surface.
