Demolition, site work and renovation of a civil project in Millgrove, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project includes Wastewater System Improvements split into two divisions: Division A for Wastewater Treatment Plant improvements and Division B for Collection System Improvements. Division "B" - Collection System Improvements This project includes partial demolition of the existing Septic Tank Effluent Pump (STEP) sewer collection system and replacement with a gravity sewersystem. The new gravity system will consist of approximately 5,110 LF of new 8" gravity sewer along with reconnection of the existing STEP system customers to the new gravity system. The new collection system also includes approximately 19 new precast manholes, a new duplex liftstation, railroad crossing (open cut), and a new regional grinder pump station. Question Deadline 06/05/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
