Demolition, site work, new construction and renovation of a water / sewer project in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Rehabilitation of Lift Station No. 13, including demolition and removal of existing piping, valves, concrete walking pads, and controls. Project requires complete and redundant automatic bypass pumping. New construction includes piping, valves, controls, concrete hard scape, permanent genset, and reinforced concrete elevated pads for control enclosures and genset. The existing concrete wet well, valve vault, and meter vault will remain and be reused. All questions shall directed to the Engineer via email at jmeyer@bfsengr.com. Questions will be accepted until 5 PM on Monday, June 1st, 2026.
