Site work for a power facility in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a power facility.
The work consists of the installation of two (2) 34.5kV outdoor circuit breakers and concrete foundations, installation of two (2) motor-operated GOAB switches, modifications to the existing incoming 34.5kV bus structures to accommodate disconnect switches, installation of electrical wiring and conduit between 34.5kV circuit breakers, disconnect switches, and structures, and supply and installation of an upgraded AC Panel. Proposals must be properly and completely executed on a standard proposal form obtainable from IMPA Service Corp., Inc., together with a fully executed Supplier's Bid for Public Work - State Board of Accounts Form 96 (Revised 2013), including an up-to-date financial statement and non-collusion affidavit as required by the statutes of the State of Indiana. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check made payable to the City of Lawrenceburg, or an acceptable bidder's bond from an incorporated surety company, in an amount equal to 5% of said bid. No bidder may withdraw their proposal within a period of 30 days following the date set for receiving proposals, and proposals shall remain in full force and effect during that time. The City of Lawrenceburg reserves the right to waive informalities and to award the contract to any bidder or bidders, or to reject any and all proposals.
