As of July 6, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on July 20, 2026. The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract to provide all labor, materials, equipment and fixtures required to complete the Main Street Streetscape Project as specified herein. Work includes demolition of existing hardscape, grading, erosion control, upgrading of site utilities, installation of new pavements and site furnishings. Partial funding for this project is provided through an Illinois Department of Commerce & Economic Opportunity (DCEO) Grant. The Illinois BEP Utilization Plan, forms and information are contained herein. Provision of labor, equipment, materials and fixtures for a streetscape improvement project in the Main St. corridor. This utilization plan includes a total Business Enterprise Program ("BEP") utilization goal of 28 % Award is subject to final approval.
