No scope of work or instructions to bidders are provided. Questions or requests for additional information regarding this solicitation shall be directed in writing to the assigned City of Cincinnati Buyer, Santandris Bonner, via email at Santandris.bonner@cincinnati-oh.gov. Please submit all questions via email no later than 12:00 PM Noon ET on June 3, 2026. Estimates are for a twelve (12) month period. Estimates indicated will be used solely for the purpose of making a tabulation of bids. All quantities are on a more or less basis. SECTION 1 - EASTERN FACILITY Eastern facility must be located within 20 road miles from the Water Works facility located at 2545 Riverside Drive, Cincinnati OH 45202 SECTION 2 - WESTERN FACILITY Western facility must be located within 20 road miles of the Water Works facility located at 4747 Spring Grove Avenue, Cincinnati OH 45232 SECTION 3 - NORTHERN FACILITY Northern facility must be located within 20 road miles from the Charles M. Bolton Plant address is 6800 River Road, Fairfield OH 45014.
