Site work and new construction of a military facility in Mountain View, California. Working plans call for the construction of a military facility; and for site work for a military facility.
Provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, and incidental services necessary for the construction of a Combat Rescue Helicopter (CRH) Operational Flight Trainer (OFT) simulator facility. Work includes all construction activities required to deliver a complete and operational simulator facility, including integration of specified security, access control, environmental management, fire alarm, and mass notification systems. The project contains sole source and brand name requirements for the Advantor Intrusion Detection System (IDS) and automated entry/access control systems, Best door lock cores, AutomatedLogic Environmental Management Control System (EMCS), and Monaco Fire and Mass Notification System. The contract will be awarded as a single firm-fixed-price construction contract. The anticipated period of performance is 400 calendar days after Notice to Proceed, including inspections and punch list completion. This requirement is set aside 100 percent for Small Businesses under NAICS 236220. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
