Non-personal services for all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary for the construction of a Combat Rescue Helicopter (CRH) Operational Flight Trainer (OFT) simulator facility. The project includes an approximately 8,202 gross square foot permanent building with a multi-story high bay to house the CRH-OFT simulator and a single-story area containing mission planning, briefing and debriefing rooms, administrative spaces, maintenance and parts storage rooms, secure and non-secure telecommunications rooms, latrine facilities, and mechanical, electrical, and utility support rooms. Construction features include conventional design with electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, wet sprinkler fire suppression, fire detection, access control, direct digital control, and utility management systems. Exterior walls consist of cavity wall construction with interior non-load bearing metal studs or CMU wall backup, gypsum board, exterior CMU veneer, metal panels, and insulation to meet energy code requirements. Roofing includes standing seam metal systems with rigid insulation. Work also includes installation of storefront entrance doors, insulated hollow metal doors with controlled access, antiterrorism/force protection elements, and supporting facilities such as landscaping, utilities, pavements, storm drainage, sanitary sewer, site improvements, communications support, cybersecurity control systems, and TEMPEST security.
