Sealed bids are invited for furnishing all material, equipment, labor, and supervision necessary or incidental to the construction of Grange, Section 10 Water, Sanitary Sewer, Storm Sewer Facilities, and Reinforced Concrete Paving. The scope of the project includes: - 2,995 linear feet of 8-inch through 12-inch water line and all appurtenances - 2,595 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer and all appurtenances - 2,613 linear feet of 24-inch storm sewer pipe and all appurtenances - 10,932 square yards of 6-inch subgrade preparation - 5,678 linear feet of reinforced concrete curb - 9,659 square yards of 6-inch reinforced concrete pavement - Storm water pollution control - Restoration of the site - Lot grading A cashier’s check or bid bond in the amount of 2% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment, and maintenance bonds for the full contract amount. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
