Montgomery County (Ohio) is requesting bids for Project No. 130075-61, Solid Waste Lift Station Improvements. All submissions are due before 1:30 pm on the due date indicated. LOCATION AND SCOPE OF WORK The Project consists of one prime contract for construction of improvements to two sanitary lift stations and one stormwater lift station at the Montgomery County Solid Waste Facility. The Project is located at MCES Solid Waste Facility, 1001 Encrete Lane, Moraine, Ohio 45439. The summary of the Work described in this Section is an overall summary of the responsibilities of the CONTRACTOR and the CONTRACTORs relationship to the OWNER. It does not supersede the specific requirements of the other Contract Documents. In addition to the standards included in these Contract Documents, all work shall comply with the following: 1. Montgomery County Environmental Services Rules and Regulations, latest revision. CONTRACTOR's attention is directed to the requirements of the Sections of Division 1 General Requirements. These general requirements complement the related specific work specified in Division 2 through Division 16 although Division 1 Sections are not directly referenced in the Sections of Division 2 through Division 16.
