Montgomery County (Ohio) is requesting bids for Project No. 130056-30, New High System Water Storage Tank - Wing II (Project ID: PP-2026-0042). All submissions must be received before the specified deadline. Questions must be posted in the Question and Answer section; emailed questions will not be accepted. Prospective bidders can request an invitation for the non-mandatory pre-bid meeting and schedule site visits during normal business hours by contacting the provided email address. The project consists of the construction of a new 1.0-million-gallon elevated water storage tank at 624 David Rd., Kettering, Ohio, including all associated site, civil, mechanical, and electrical improvements. Major work elements include installation of the elevated tank (spheroid or composite), a new altitude valve vault and control system, approximately 185 linear feet of 20-inch ductile iron water main with connection to the existing distribution system, site grading and erosion control, electrical service and instrumentation, a fire hydrant assembly, and a sanitary sewer lateral for non-potable discharge. Question Deadline 06/19/2026 Bidders shall submit written questions to the Owner in sufficient time in advance of the Bid opening to allow sufficient time for the Owner and/or Design Professional to respond. In order to receive consideration, questions must be received by the Owner at least seven (7) days prior to the date of the opening of Bids.
