A Request for Proposals for Design Build has not yet been established.” The Adventure Central Storage Building Project consists of a design-build delivery for a new storage facility. Following this RFQ process, three design-build teams will be shortlisted for the subsequent Request for Proposal phase. James H. McGee Blvd., Dayton, OH 45417. The building will be used to store three vans and will need 400 SF of secured storage space. The building will need a concrete floor, exhaust fan, and lighting and outlets throughout.
