Renovation of a mixed-use development in Dayton, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Work includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to furnish three new marquee signs, including removal and disposal of existing signs and installation of new signs in accordance with the Statement of Work and VA Signage Standards. Work encompasses manufacturing, delivery, site preparation, installation, and ensuring the completed signage systems are fully functional and compliant with applicable specifications and standards. RFI responses will be posted to https://sam.gov/ as necessary in amendment format. Deadline for submission of RFIs for this solicitation is 5:00 PM ET, Wednesday, June 24, 2026. No questions will be answered after this date unless determined to be in the best interest of the Government as deemed by the Contracting Officer. Telephone requests for information will not be accepted or returned. The complete removal of three (3) existing marquee signs, and the complete installation and programming of three (3) new marquee signs replacing the existing signs at the following locations: One (1) at the Gettysburg entrance One (1) at the South Liscum entrance One (1) in field facing State Route 35
