Site work for a water / sewer project in Fredonia, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The contract involves the potential extension of nearly 5,100 LF of 6" waterline, master meter, control valve, SCADA and other appurtenances to establish an interconnection with the Caldwell County Water District in northern Caldwell County, all within the City of Fredonia. All bidders shall submit with their bid an acceptable bid bond or a certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, payable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any and all bids. Liquidated damages will be assessed at $500 per calendar day . OWNER reserves the right to award only a portion of the work, at the stated unit prices, due to limited funds available for the project. Question Deadline 06/05/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing.
