The City of Whitehorse is inviting proposals from experienced and qualified individuals, firms, or corporations to provide the City with prime consultant services throughout the Design, Pre-Construction, Construction, Commissioning, and Closeout phases in the delivery of Firehall #3. The successful proponent will lead the project team during the Design and Construction phases to help deliver the project.
