The City of Moose Jaw seeks bids from vendors for the supply of 2026 Waterworks Supplies (the "Goods"). The requirement is for assorted goods necessary for the repair and maintenance of the City's water and sewer infrastructure. Goods required include: assorted fittings, C900 PVC gasketed fittings, valves, hydrants, cast iron fittings, pipe couplings, PVC pipe, gasketed PVC sewer fittings, and miscellaneous items. Each bidder must specify the price for each item as outlined in the provided forms, with estimated quantities that may vary. All products and services must meet current AWWA Standards and ASTM specifications, as well as applicable Provincial, Federal, and Municipal standards. Delivery is to be made DDP 1010 High Street West, Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, and yard deliveries must occur before 3:00 pm, with 24-hour prior notice to the storekeeper. Shipments will only be accepted upon placement of an authorized order. Bids must include pricing that is net of taxes, with duties or tariffs included in the unit price. Additional service costs, such as extended warranties, should also be provided. Bids must be submitted electronically in .pdf format by the specified deadline. The submission must include the bidder's name, company, contact information, and required forms. Bids should be executed by an authorized representative and include all appendices, such as goods/pricing, conflict of interest disclosure, and additional submission requirements. Moose Jaw may accept bids in whole or in part and reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Moose Jaw is not responsible for costs incurred in preparing bids and may alter the procurement process at its discretion. Bids are irrevocable for sixty days after the submission deadline.
