Description

Renovation of an office development in Vancouver, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development.

The General Contractor shall provide all labour, materials, equipment, supervision, coordination, protection, and closeout documentation required to complete the restoration of water-damaged office areas from Levels 10 to 18 at the Douglas Jung Building, 401 Burrard Street, Vancouver, BC. Work includes hazardous materials precautions where applicable, repairs reinstatement of affected gypsum board, finishes, sealants, painting, and associated restoration to return impacted areas to pre-damage condition. Non-noisy and non-disruptive work may proceed during regular business hours, provided there is no impact to tenant operations, access, occupant comfort, or building services; disruptive, hazardous materials-related, or occupant-impacting work shall be coordinated with BGIS and may be required after hours. Place of the Work: Floor 18 to 10 of Douglas Jung Building, 401 Burrard Street, Vancouver BC.
