Renovation of a medical facility in Vancouver, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The purpose is to select one qualified Proponent to enter into contract with Providence Health Care to provide demolition and general construction services for the Mount Saint Joseph Hospital Radiology Room 3 Project. The Contractor's scope of work includes the provision of all labour, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the execution and completion of the work as indicated in the Specifications and Drawings (provided as Proponent's Package. Proponents must register using Appendix D to receive the Proponent's Package) to create approximately 40 square metres of clinical space at 3080 Prince Edward Street, Vancouver, British Columbia ("Work"). The Work includes, but is not limited to demolition, abatement, infection control, heating and ventilation, plumbing, electrical, lighting, construction of new walls, ceilings, doors and frames, flooring, and all associated materials and finishes. The Work is to be completed in accordance with the Specifications and Drawings provided. Question Deadline: 06/23/2026 at 2:00 PM PT
