The streambank restoration activities will be performed on an unnamed tributary to the West Branch Neshaminy Creek that runs behind the Borough of Lansdaleís Wastewater Treatment Plant at 652 W. 9 th Street. The project site is located fully within the bounds of parcels owned by the Borough of Lansdale. 1.02 Project Description A. The Contractor must adhere to all terms and provisions set forth within the grant contracts included in this bid package. This Project was financed in part by the following: a. Flood Mitigation Program from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Community and Economic Development (Contract No. C000092853); b. Pennsylvania Infrastructure Investment Authority (PENNVEST). 1.03 Work Included A. Base Bid 1. Mobilization. The contractor shall supply the required insurance, performance and payment bonds. The contractor shall mobilize the project site and commence construction. 2. Temporary Soil Erosion & Sediment Controls.
