The scope includes roadway reconstruction, addition of on-street bike lanes with buffers, sidewalks on both sides, a two-way left-turn lane in select segments, ADA-compliant curb ramps, upgraded drainage infrastructure, enhanced crosswalks, and new street lighting. The project builds upon Phase I improvements and is intended to create a multi-modal corridor serving nearby schools, transit stations, residential areas, and commercial properties.
