Site visit: The targeted area is free of access. Applicable intergovernmental agreement: The call for tenders is subject to the following agreement(s): 1) Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO). (2) Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). Authorization to contract: a company wishing to enter into a public construction contract or subcontract with the City involving an expenditure equal to or greater than five (5) million dollars, including the expenditure arising from any option provided for in the contract, must obtain authorization from the Public Procurement Authority for this purpose. The company responding to this call for tenders must be authorized on the date of submission.
