Construction of a 360 gpm packaged water treatment system. The Project includes the construction of a 360 GPM packaged water treatment system generally consisting of the following items: o Four (4) submersible well pumps each rated for 120 GPM at 69' TDH One well has been installed, the other three will be drilled as part of this project. o A masonry building housing a packaged water treatment system o High service effluent pumps o Ductile iron piping and valves o Bulk chemical storage o Chemical feed equipment o HVAC equipment including dehumidification o Multi-Use and office area o Bathroom facilities o Electrical room and exterior backup generator o Instrumentation and Controls o SCADA equipment o Sludge and backwash water infiltration lagoons o Septic system Site improvements o Ancillary items to provide a completely functioning system. The Contractor shall have control over the sequence and order of execution of Work. A suggested sequence of work is specified in section 01 10 00, paragraph 1.9 of the project manual. There is pilot testing work required for confirmation of the package water treatment system to be performed at the forefront of the project. Concurrent work: Cooperate with other Contractors in the vicinity of this Contract's construction limits such that operations of one Contractor does not interfere with another. o Distribution System: Distribution piping installation will be installed at the effluent of this contracts limits. This project includes allowances for several items: o Upgrade Electrical Service (Consumers) o Natural Gas Service (DTE) o SCADA (ICI) o Permit Allowance o Security System C.
