Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Howard City, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 3,830-square-foot, one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Question Deadline 06/12/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to CM in writing. Questions received less than ten (10) days prior to the date for opening Bids may not be answered. The Project includes upgrades to the Wastewater Treatment Plant ( WWTP) and multiple lift stations within the collection system . At the WWTP, improvements consist of adding tertiary treatment facilities with rapid mix and flocculation basins, enhancing chemical feed systems, abandoning the existing rapid infiltration basins ( RIBS ), removing accumulated sludge , and completing all associated electrical and piping upgrades. Additional work within the collection system includes converting Lift Station No. 1 from a can style station to a submersible station, along with pump replacements and control system enhancements. Improvements at Lift Station No. 3 include replacement of the wet well hatch, valve replacements, and updated controls, while Lift Station No. 4 will receive new pumps and valves, valve chamber casting replacement, and electrical and control upgrades, and all related work.
