Inlet baffle replacement for FSTs No. 1 through 6 at the HFC AWTP. SCOPE: Furnishing all labor, materials and equipment for the removal and replacement of (24) inlet baffles and frames with 304 stainless steel square tube frame and structural reinforced black plastic lumber planks; removal of (12) existing motorized rotating scum trough operators; repair of (23) scum wall pipe penetrations ranging from 12-inch to 22-inch diameter in the Final Sedimentation Tanks 1-6 at the Howard F.
