Hillsborough County Water Resources Department is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified professionals to provide general construction administration and construction observation services for the One Water Campus Advanced Wastewater Treatment Facility, which is estimated at $14,000,000.00. Questions and requests for interpretation must be received no later than 14 calendar days after the date of solicitation issuance in Euna, site visit, or pre-bid conference, whichever is later, as stated in Paragraph 3.4 of the Contract Terms and Conditions Document. pn-10314 The following section outlines the anticipated scope of services. The County reserves the right to modify the scope at any time, including adding, reducing or revising the services described herein. This may also include adding conveyance and lift station components to the scope of services, if needed. The County may authorize services in phases at its discretion. Therefore, the total contract amount may not be approved with the initial award; contract modifications authorizing additional funding and work may instead be issued incrementally based on project needs. The Progressive Design Builder (PDB) is responsible for managing and completing all construction work required to deliver a fully functional Project. This includes performing all necessary quality control activities. The Consultant will provide general construction administration and construction observation services for the One Water Campus Advanced Wastewater Treatment Facility. The Consultant may also support project controls, monitoring, and reporting. The purpose of construction observation is to confirm the Progressive Design Builder's compliance with the contract documents. The Consultant will provide all necessary off-road vehicles, OSHA personal protective equipment (PPE), laptop/tablet, field Wi-Fi hot spots, and all other necessary equipment and consumables necessary to perform the services required.
