These conditions not only generate Foreign Object Debris (FOD), posing risks to aircraft during takeoff, landing, and taxiing, but also compromise drainage efficiency, leading to uneven surfaces and further potential damage to aircraft and ground equipment. Attendance at both the mandatory pre-bid conference and the mandatory site inspection is required for all prospective bidders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the project scope, site conditions, and specific requirements.
