Removal and replacement of roof and gutter systems for two residential buildings (B034 and B035) at Bluffs Housing, including the removal of approximately 36 square (3,600 square feet) of existing asphalt shingles and installation of architectural 30-year shingles with #30 underlayment or approved synthetic underlayment. Work includes repair or replacement of damaged plywood sheathing and fascia boards, replacement of drip edge and roof boots, installation of roof underlayment, and installation of ridge vents along the length of the buildings. The project also includes the removal and replacement of approximately 420 linear feet of gutters with downspouts and installation of approximately 270 linear feet of gutter guards. The buildings are two-story residential structures with asphalt shingle roofing systems.
