Renovation of a military facility in Mountain Home AFB, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, services, oversight, and direction necessary to replace an existing 90-ton Trane chiller and install a new 500-gallon buffer tank in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Work includes removal of the existing chiller, furnishing and installing the new chiller, and furnishing and installing the new buffer tank. A new concrete pad shall be provided to support the buffer tank. The project also includes all associated construction, installation, and coordination required to deliver a complete and functional system. The applicable PSC code has been changed from 4120 to J041 to better align with the required work. A non-mandatory site visit will be conducted to allow interested parties to review the work areas and address technical questions, with all questions and answers posted to the solicitation. Questions and proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the dates and requirements identified in the solicitation. Project Duration: 90 calendar days after NTP Magnitude of Construction: Between $100,000 and $500,000.
