Site work for a water / sewer project in Tanglewilde, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of the replacement of approximately 12,000 linear feet of mainline including all valves, hydrants, service laterals, and meter boxes. A certified or bank cashier's check for 5 percent of the bid amount, payable to Thurston PUD, or a bid bond executed by a licensed bonding company is required with each bid. The District shall have the right to reject any or all bids not accompanied by bid security or data required by the bidding document or a bid in any way incomplete or irregular. All work performed on the project will be subject to state prevailing wage rates. PWB requirements and provisions must be met by general contractors and all subcontractors. All contractors and subcontractors must be licensed in the State of Washington to conduct business. Optional pre-bid conferences will be held and oral statements may not be relied upon and will not be binding or legally effective.
