Site work for a water / sewer project in Pryor, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sealed proposals are invited for improvements at the MAIP Wastewater Treatment Plant to install new mechanical seals and seal water support systems on four existing SBR Motive Pumps. Work includes pump motor removal and replacement, installation of new seals, installation of seal water lines and equipment, and electrical and control improvements as required. Bidders must bid on all items of the contract, which will be awarded as a single contract to the lowest responsible bidder. Proposals must be accompanied by a Bidder's Bond or Cashier's Check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid. The successful bidder must execute Performance, Payment, and Maintenance Bonds, each for the full contract amount. Plans and specifications must be purchased from Holloway, Updike & Bellen, Inc. and bidders must be on the plan holders list to submit a bid. All information required by the bid and proposal form, including affidavits, must be completed or the bid will be considered incomplete and rejected. The Authority may request information about previous experience, business and technical organization, financial resources, and plant availability before awarding the contract. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Conditional bids are not accepted. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities in accordance with the Oklahoma Competitive Bidding Act.
