Sealed bids are invited for the Rogers County Annex Renovations under BID 2026-43. Bids are to be provided for specific trade packages including Masonry, Metals, Finish Carpentry, Doors (materials and labor), Storefront, Glass and Glazing, Overhead Doors, Light Gauge Framing, Flooring, Painting, Toilet Partitions, Sign & Graphics, Appliances, Window Coverings, Fire Suppression, Plumbing, HVAC, Mechanical Complete, Electrical, Low Voltage Communications & Access Control, and Fire Alarm. Bids must be sealed, clearly labeled with the project and bid package, and must include a Bid Security of 5% if the bid is $50,000 or more. Bidders must submit complete and signed documents with all relevant attachments, following the instructions provided. Bids received outside the specified time frames will not be considered. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids or waive informalities. All bidders must meet qualification requirements outlined in the bidding documents. Question Deadline 06/05/2026 Bidders shall promptly notify the Construction Manager of any ambiguity, inconsistency or error, which they may discover upon examination of the Bidding Documents. Requests for clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall be made no later than seven (7) days prior to the date for receipt of bids.
