The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is seeking bids from interested parties for the rehabilitation of one home located in Rogers County. Work includes carpentry, electrical, flooring, and plumbing, and must be completed according to the work write-up within 45 working days. Work should begin within two weeks of notification or liquidated damages of $100.00 per working day of extension will be charged. The Mandatory Bid Response sheet and the Work Write Up must be fully completed. Bids will be accepted from Indian and Non-Indian bidders. Indian preference will be given to those providing proof of current certification from the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employments Office (TERO), and bidders must comply with all TERO requirements, including applicable fees and completion of the TERO Labor Agreement. Award will be given to the lowest, most responsive bid in accordance with the HACN Procurement Policy, subject to the availability of funds. All bidders are responsible for the preparation and submission of bids, and no bids may be withdrawn within 30 days after the due date.
