The project includes interior building improvements, specifically adding a restroom at Mauriceville Middle School and potentially constructing a concrete parking lot at Little Cypress Intermediate School. SCOPE All contractors must sign in daily at the maintenance office before going to any campus and must sign out when complete unless other arrangements are approved. All work must comply with manufacturers and design specifications and industry standards. All building materials used must be asbestos and lead free. All weekend and after-hours work must be pre-approved by the maintenance department. Provide a brief description of the design and managing team. Any work being performed while schools are occupied must be coordinated and approved with the campus and maintenance for student safety. After-hours work could be necessary. A walk-through must be scheduled with the maintenance department. All contractors must wear a badge provided by the district or according to prearrangements. All contractors are responsible for acquiring their own final measurements. All construction and material must be consistent with International Building Code (IBC) All building permits are the responsibility of the contractor.
