Site work and paving for a road / highway in Ryan Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Sealed bids will be received for the 2026 Ryan Township Road Improvement Project. The work generally consists of furnishing all equipment, labor, and materials for bituminous leveling and overlay courses, incidental milling, and sealing. Work locations are identified in the project manual. All materials and work must conform to the most recent edition of PennDOT Publication 408 unless otherwise specified. Bidders must be either a PennDOT Pre-qualified Prime or PennDOT Pre-qualified Sub-Contractor for Work Class F. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security equal to ten percent (10%) of the Bid, and the successful bidder will be required to provide satisfactory Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, each for 100% of the Contract Price. The project is subject to PA Prevailing Wages, and a portion will use Liquid Fuels funds. All Bids must be sealed and marked as identified in the project documents. Ryan Township reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or portions thereof, accept any Bid or portion, and waive any immaterial defects in the bidding process.
