Highspire Road - Marshall Road to Creek Road: chip & fog Seal d. Summerhill Drive - Full Road: chip & fog Seal e. Marshall Road - Full Road: chip & fog Seal f. ALTERNATIVE: Summerhill Road - Full Road: paving fabric & overlay The work consists of base repair, installation of an asphalt scratch coat and paving fabric, installation of a wearing surface, installation of a seal coat surface, rolled curb replacement, and miscellaneous preparation and finishing work on various roadways throughout the Township. Bids will be received for a single prime contract on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security must be furnished in accordance with the instructions to bidders. Prevailing minimum wage rates as determined by the Secretary of the Department of Labor and Industry must be paid by contractors.
