This Request for Proposals invites qualified proponents to submit proposals for infrastructure repair services at Berth 1, Langdale Terminal. The scope of work generally includes marine structural, mechanical, electrical, and control system upgrades and repairs required to extend the service life of the existing berth infrastructure. Submissions must be made by email in PDF format, with any attachment worksheets provided in Excel format also submitted in Excel format. Each file should be less than 10 MB. Proposals should not include hyperlinks or website addresses to information that forms part of the proposal. It is the proponent's responsibility to check for additional posted documents, such as addenda and Q&A documents, up until the closing date and time. Email submissions must meet the following requirements: Submissions must be made in Adobe PDF format. If Attachment worksheets were provided in Excel format, the attachment worksheets should be submitted in Excel format; Each file should be less than 10 MB.
