This Request for Proposal identifies a business opportunity for the successful Proponent to provide infrastructure repair services at Berth 1, Langdale Terminal (the "Project"). BC Ferries expects that the successful Proponent will then become the "Contractor" by entering into a fixed price contract (the "Contract") for the Project, whereby the Contractor will be responsible for completing repairs to infrastructure at Berth 1 at Langdale Terminal.
