No definite date for the rebid** Proposals are requested from responsible offerors to provide construction manager as constructor (CMC) services for construction, reconstruction, alteration, and renovation of school facilities. CMC Services will include: preconstruction phase services, including advice during the preconstruction phase; consultation, collaboration, and project construction management during and after design/construction phases; development of construction schedule, estimated construction cost, and analysis of qualifications of 1st tier subcontractors; a guarantee of the cost of the project and project schedule. Offerors must submit a financial statement (SBOA Form 96), a statement of experience, a proposed plan or plans for performing the CMC Services, and demonstrate the resources, labor, technology, materials, supplies, and equipment available for performance. Evidence of financial responsibility in the amount of 1% of the offeror's total contract price must be provided via an irrevocable letter of credit, certified check, cashier's check, or a bond from an IN DOI registered surety. Offerors must comply with all applicable laws and CMC, public contract, and public work project statutes. Proposals will be evaluated on criteria, process, and procedures including consideration of qualifications and fees as set forth in the RFP. The Owner reserves the right to conduct discussions, obtain best and final offers, and negotiate with responsible offerors whose submissions are susceptible of being selected for award. The Owner may reject any or all proposals, ask for new proposals, and waive any irregularities.
