Site work for a power facility in Old Lyme, Connecticut. Completed plans call for site work for a power facility.
The Town seeks proposals from qualified solar developers to develop a solar photovoltaic system on Town-owned property at the Old Lyme Landfill. The base bid should be for a system with approximately 300 kW-ac nameplate capacity. Additionally, an alternate bid should be provided for maximizing the system size at the property, not exceeding 5,000 kW-ac in accordance with NRES Program rules. The project will participate in the Non-residential program (NRES Program) and utilize Virtual Net Metering for State, Agricultural, and Municipal beneficial accounts, administered by Eversource.
