Description

Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Woodland, California. Completed plans call civil work for a wastewater treatment plant.

The County of Yolo is requesting proposals from qualified firms to design, furnish, and support a perimeter-based odor control system utilizing an odor counteractant (neutralization) chemistry at Yolo County Central Landfill. The system will serve compost processing areas, the landfill leachate pond, and the liquid waste / septic receiving pond. The purpose of this project is to reduce off-site odor migration during high-risk meteorological conditions using an intelligent, data-driven control strategy integrated with the County's odor risk dashboard.
