Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Woodland, California. Completed plans call civil work for a wastewater treatment plant.

REQUIRED SERVICES a. Perimeter Misting System The Contractor shall provide approximately 4,000 linear feet of perimeter misting infrastructure, divided into appropriate operational zones. The system shall include, at a minimum: i. High-pressure pump system capable of providing consistent operating pressure suitable for perimeter misting applications. The system shall allow adjustment of system pressure or flow to optimize droplet size, coverage, and chemical application rates. Variable frequency drives (VFD) or other pressure control methods may be proposed. ii. Filtration and chemical injection system including water filtration appropriate to minimize nozzle clogging and ensure reliable long-term operation. iii. Nozzle assemblies designed for effective droplet size and distribution iv. Control panel v. Capability to receive external control signals or integrate with weather station data to support automated activation based on wind conditions or County odor risk monitoring. vi. Electrical requirements clearly defined vii. All mounting hardware and necessary fittings viii. Spare parts, such as spare nozzles, recommended for the first year of operationb. The system shall not rely on proprietary odor counteractant products and must be capable of operating with commercially available odor counteractant products from multiple vendors. c. Odor Counteractant Consulting The Contractor shall provide the following consulting services regarding selection and dosing rate for the proposed product: i. The odor counteractant product recommended for Yolo County Central Landfill and confirmation that it meets the requirements set forth in Section 3 Odor Counteractant Chemistry. ii. Recommended site specific dosing rate based on high-risk meteorological conditions iii. Alternative odor counteractant products carried by vendor that meet the requirements set forth in Section 3 Odor Counteractant Chemistry. iv. Proposal shall include sufficient odor counteractant to run the system during the 60- day performance testing period. Purchase of odor counteractant beyond the 60-day performance period will be under a separate contract. d. Smart Control Integration The system shall: i. Accept external digital input or dry contact signal ii. Allow programmable ON/OFF control iii. Integrate with County odor risk dashboard logic iv.
