Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Fort Erie, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and stadium.

The intent is to obtain pricing to supply the labour and materials necessary to remove the existing exterior sealant materials and replace with new on the exterior of the Town Hall (1 Municipal Centre Drive) and Leisureplex Arena (3 Municipal Centre Drive) both located at the Municipal Centre complex in Fort Erie, ON., to a not-to-exceed value of $80,000. The scope of work will include, but is not limited to, the following: - Removal and disposal of existing exterior building sealants. - Removal and disposal of deficient backer rod and backing material and replacement with new as required. An unknown amount of backer rod and backing material is anticipated to require replacement. An estimated quantity has been listed under the cash allowance to address this item. - Supply and installation of new exterior sealant at all panel and expansion joints. - Supply and installation of new exterior sealant at all window and door perimeters. - Setup and cleanup of the work area.
